AS FEATURED IN:

SFA STEM Circuit Challenge

is a simple game designed to accompany teaching 3-5th grade students about circuits and electricity using the Makey Makey device.

The game is designed to be played in two segments, a solo/partner section where students use the challenge mat with the Makey Makey, and a group section where students split up into groups of six and hold the clay to use one another as the controller. The game element of SFA STEM Circuit Challenge will help to engage students further with the concept of circuits. Who doesn't love playing a game after all?? If students get stuck, the 'R' key can be used to restart a stage.

The source code for the game is also available, and is able to be modified using Clickteam Fusion 2.5 for educational purposes. As the game was developed in the span of 3 days, there may be inconsistencies or glitches that would need to be fixed for further expansion.
